Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is a translation for information. A buyer paying by SBP or a bank card issued in Russia gives this consent in Russian, under Russian law (https://esimello.com/ru/consent); if the two texts differ, the Russian one applies. Orders paid by an international card are covered by the Privacy Policy and need no separate consent.

By placing an Order on the website https://esimello.com, in the Telegram bot @eSIMello_bot or in the mini app opened from it, paying by the Faster Payments System (SBP) or a bank card issued in Russia, and ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data”, I, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to Binyaminov Boris Samsonovich (Russian taxpayer number 780111974601), the “Operator”, processing my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes of processing

1.1. Entering into and performing the eSIM sale agreement under the Public Offer (https://esimello.com/ru/legal): placing and paying for the Order, issuing and delivering the eSIM, Top-ups, and refunds.

1.2. Keeping the Account and signing in to it with an email address or through Telegram.

1.3. Sending service messages about the Order and the eSIM by email and through the Telegram bot. No marketing messages are sent.

1.4. Answering requests to the support service.

1.5. Preventing fraud and protecting the Website.

1.6. Meeting the Operator’s obligations under the law of the Russian Federation, including tax obligations.

2. Personal data

• email address;
• Telegram ID, username, name and profile photo link — when signing in through Telegram, to the extent Telegram provides them;
• Order and payment details: plan, quantity, amount and currency, payment method, payment identifiers and status, Order number;
• eSIM details: ICCID, status, installation data, data usage, package validity;
• IP address, times of requests to the Website, browser information, session cookies;
• correspondence with the support service, including photos and files sent.

3. Operations and means of processing

3.1. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

3.2. Data is processed both with and without automated means.

4. Who receives the data

4.1. I agree that, for the purposes in Section 1, my data is shared to the extent necessary with:

4.2. The eSIM supplier (the Operator’s partner mobile operator) receives only the Order parameters: plan, quantity and transaction number, without my name, email address or Telegram data.

4.3. I consent to the cross-border transfer of my data to the recipients in Clause 4.1, including to countries that do not ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects (the USA, the UAE), to the extent necessary for the purposes in Section 1.

5. Duration and withdrawal

5.1. This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

5.2. I may withdraw this consent by writing to boris.binyaminov@gmail.com from the address registered in my account, or to the support service in Telegram (https://t.me/User_Support_AI) from the account I sign in with. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal.

5.3. After withdrawal, the Operator may continue processing where Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” gives another basis for it: performing the agreement to which I am a party, or a legal obligation, such as keeping payment records for the period tax law requires.

6. Other

6.1. I am at least 18 years old, or act with the consent of my legal representative.

6.2. I have read the Privacy Policy (https://esimello.com/ru/privacy), which describes how long data is kept and my rights as a data subject.
